00:13A total of 24 prisoners were exchanged in 7 countries.
00:16Russia and Belarus released 16 prisoners,
00:18including 4 Americans, 5 Germans, and 7 Russian political prisoners.
00:23In exchange, the U.S. and Germany and 5 other countries also released 8 Russians who were detained.
00:29U.S. national security adviser Sullivan pointed out that the exchange of hostages is historic.
00:33Because there has never been a similar number of prisoner exchanges since the end of the Cold War.
00:40Russia reached an agreement with the United States and other Western countries
00:43to complete the largest-scale prisoner exchange since the Cold War in Turkey.
