The New Zealander says he feels in good shape the day after his silver medal performance

00:00Tests from yesterday and the tests actually from today came back super positive and well below the levels

00:05so I felt really confident and safe and

00:07Just how the the Paris government and the French government have looked after us and making sure we could actually have a race

00:14That was the most important thing I think for the athletes is we didn't want to race a duathlon

00:18Which is a run bike run, you know, it's it's it's you know

00:22We need a triathlon because it's you can't win the Olympic triathlon without a swim

00:26So I think all the athletes were just super happy to dive in and it was just it was just actually really nice to

00:31Have it in that location like they pulled it off and I feel fine

00:36Like it's 24 hours later, and I feel pretty good

00:39So I'm excited to to race the next team relay on Monday

00:43Which is our next event where we race for a team before New Zealand and yeah get back in the scene and off we go
