01:12Now, the only cons to body recomposition is that it does take a little bit longer than
01:15obviously doing a weight cut or eating at a calorie deficit and just losing weight.
01:20But I would say it's worth it because it's a lot more enjoyable of a process and you're
01:24building more muscle.
