Former U.S. President Donald Trump has been criticized after questioning the ethnicity of the presumed Democratic nominee Kamala Harris.
Harris, who has a mother of Indian heritage and a father of Black American heritage, brushed off the attack as ‘the same old show’ from the Republican candidate.
Trump made the comments at the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Chicago, U.S.
A July poll from YouGov put Kamala Harris 2 points ahead of Donal Trump in the race to the White House, but experts still maintain it’s too early to call.
He is stating she has mainly embraced her Indian side. Only when she ran for president she claimed she was black. She’s Jamaican and her dad was born there. Jamaicans can be anything, but they don’t typically identify by skin color unless they’re elsewhere. Idc what she is. She has an awful track record and she doesn’t even have a platform. Her campaign page is only donations and tickets. Trumps campaign page has a 16 page documents for his platform. Anyone voting her because she’s “ Black” or female is only into identity politics and not any policies that’ll do things for the country and the people
