00:19There are some people who are Prophets and not Messengers.

00:22Every Messenger is necessarily a Prophet, but not all Prophets are necessarily Messengers.

00:27There are about 125,000 Prophets among us.

00:30There were 313 Prophets and 313 Messengers.

00:34What I want to say is that there is a Prophet and a Messenger.

00:39Muhammad is also a Prophet.

00:47We have read this in Surah Al-Tahrim.

00:49Think about this. It is mentioned in Surah Al-Baida.

01:04So, you are both a Prophet and a Messenger.

01:06What is the difference between Prophethood and Messengerhood in your personality?

01:55And this giving and relaying is Messengerhood.

02:07Most people think that Prophethood is superior to Messengerhood.

02:11Some of our Sufis, especially Maulana Noon, and I am one of his followers,

02:18think that Prophethood is superior to Messengerhood.

02:21Because Prophethood is directed to Allah.

02:24Messengerhood is directed to the people.

02:31Go to Pharaoh.

02:33The situation that Prophet Moses was in,

02:36he was conversing with Allah on Mount Sinai.

02:40Go and tell Pharaoh that he has gone too far.

02:45Go there and hear that you are mad.

02:48Do you have to hear all these things or not?

02:51When you are standing and praying, where is your anger?

02:56It is directed to Allah.

02:59When you are preaching, that anger is directed to you, not to Allah.

03:04So in this respect, Prophethood is superior to Messengerhood.

03:10Messengerhood is an obligation.

03:12And Prophethood is a rank.
