00:10According to Tevez's lawyer, Attorney Ferdinand Topacio,
00:13they filed for extradition to the Timor-Leste Prosecutor General on Friday,
00:16a month after the court approved the extradition request of the Philippines.
00:21Topacio said that they also filed for other appeals.
00:24The Department of Justice will try to get the statement that the extradition was requested.
00:29They also said that Tevez will be back in the Philippines this July.
00:33Tevez is the mastermind behind the murder of the former Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo
00:38and many others on March 4, 2023.
00:42He has previously denied the accusations.
