In heaven, a group of characters reflects on their past lives.
The story begins with Kanwal, a dedicated and positive Muslim physiotherapist who sacrifices for the sake of Allah and is deeply committed to her job.
Kanwal is assigned to care for Joseph, a young Jewish man severely injured in a car accident.
As Joseph recovers somewhat, he expresses his desire to marry Kanwal. She refuses because he is Jewish and very wealthy.
Joseph converts to Islam of his own free will.
When Joseph's father learns that his son converted because of Kanwal, he informs his syndicate. Tragically, they kill Kanwal in a car accident and alienates Joseph from his property and business. Joseph remains patient and sacrifices everything for Allah without reacting.
He goes to Pakistan, where Abdullah changes Joseph's name to Yousaf and trains him spiritually. There, Yousaf meets Nabiha, a character from the third novel, "Aakhri Jang." She helps him purchase a flat and provides financial support. Nabiha then divorces her husband and marries Yousaf.
