00:09In a statement, Gigil says it has personally reached out to the Puyat family to convey

00:14its regrets and express its respect for the legacy of the former senator.

00:18It adds it will, quote, be putting in place more stringent measures to ensure this does

00:25The Puyat family filed a complaint with the Ad Standards Council of the Philippines against

00:29Gigil on Friday, July 26, saying the street signs were a total disrespect to the legacy

00:34of former Senate President Hil Puyat.

00:37Puyat's son Victor said the marketing campaign done to promote the Melatonin brand Wellspring

00:41goes against the ASC's code of ethics.

00:44He says he wants Gigil to be suspended or banned from the ASC.
