00:00Yesterday's Olympic headlines on this Tuesday to recap everything you need to
00:10know on another day of the 33rd ever Olympiad over in Paris. The U.S. opener
00:16in women's basketball yesterday. The Americans in the hunt for their eighth
00:20consecutive gold medal. They are going to be booked as a double-digit favorite
00:25at bare minimum and every single game that included the Olympic opener
00:29against Japan yesterday. 22 and a half point favorite. DRS, I don't know if you
00:33saw this clip before the game. It was a Japanese fan holding up a very small
00:37sign that said you can't beat us without Kaitlyn Clark. Asia Wilson, Brittany
00:43Griner, Brianna Stewart paid attention to the sign, kind of had a smirk
00:48and then went out there and hammered the Japanese. My man did not look at the line
00:52prior to the game that saw it as a 22 and a half point spread that it only
00:56expanded from a 19 and a half point number and the U.S. wins and covers by
01:0226-102-76. Total of 160 and a half does sky over. That's how you want to start.
01:11I mean like an artistic shot of a basketball. Go back. Take it down. Go back.
01:17Take it down. Go back. Take it down. Go back. Play the B-roll again.
01:22Nice. Nice. That sets the table right there, man. It's the energy going at this point.
01:30That is truly Olympic basketball. All right, either way, Asia Wilson, Brianna
01:36Stewart, the bigs for the Americans. Just too much for the Japanese to handle. Asia
01:41Wilson, the best basketball player on planet Earth. 24 points, 10 of 16 from
01:46the floor, 13 rebounds, 4 blocks. Stewie, 22 points, 11 of 15 from the floor, 8
01:51rebounds, 3 blocks. There was nothing Japan could do. By the way, I asked you
01:56yesterday in that game, Ben, what we talked about the three-point shooting
01:59over one and a half. She actually made three. Like, oh, they must have cruised
02:02from the three-point line. They were four of 20 as a team, Team USA, and still went
02:07over the century mark at 102. That just shows you how dominant they were inside
02:10the paint and getting out in transition here. Now, that sign yesterday that the
02:14fan did hold up, it's kind of interesting because yesterday on Moneyline, we
02:18talked about this game, U.S. versus Japan, but it came up like in the final
02:2210 seconds of the show, and Kevin pointed out, if Katelyn Clark was
02:26playing, would that have come up much earlier in the show at that point? So
02:29there is something to Katelyn Clark playing in the Olympics because there'd
02:33be many more eyeballs on the game. But having said, it doesn't matter if
02:36Katelyn Clark is there or not, Angel Reese is there or not, Team USA should
02:39walk away to a victory. It's just a matter of how many people are actually
02:42going to watch these games while they pummel their opponents.
02:48you
