Nike, the Rain Dukedom's fourth princess, possesses an odd ability: she can direct the rain. In order to wed King Livius I, she journeys to the Sun Kingdom. She is doing this against her will but for her people and her land. Who is this man, and how did he take the globe by storm just three years after ascending to the throne? He's younger than her yet still a lad! As the king grows fond of her ability to manipulate the rain, an odd story starts to take shape. The narrative centers on a married couple and their gradually deepening relationship.
