01:49said 16 of the tank's crew are rescued, with one still missing

01:55The PCG monitored an oil spill 5.6 nautical miles east of Lamau Point in Lemay, Bataan

02:01It has an estimated length of two nautical miles

02:04and is carried by the strong current heading east to northeast

02:08Authorities are determining the gravity of the oil spill

02:10and the response needed to address the disaster

02:13Meantime, in Pampanga, 96 villages across nine towns and one city
