00:00Kapuso, the dams of Binga and Ipo will run out of water this morning.

00:05According to the Hydro-Meteorology Division, the two dams will run out of water at 11 o'clock in the morning.

00:12It is affected by the barangays of Tinongdaan and Dalupirip in Itogon, Benguet, and some towns in Bulacan.

00:18The storm is still heavy due to the lack of rain, wind and typhoon, Karina.
