We ask the people of Glasgow what they think about parking charge increases at airports

Airports are increasing parking charges so we took to George Square to find out what Glaswegians think.

00:00I think it's terrible to be honest. I don't drive but I go on holiday a lot and park at airports.

00:09If you want to get anywhere near an airport it's ridiculous priced.

00:14But I'm not surprised they're putting it up because they're putting everything up.

00:17Because of the maintenance of the place you need to get some charges but it should be minimal

00:22because the economy is really bad right now and everybody's finding it very difficult to

00:31make ends meet and something you get for £90 two years ago now you can get it for

00:37currently you can get it for £120, £130 which is really really a zombie round.

00:42If I'm going myself I usually take the bus through or if I'm going from Edinburgh I go

00:50through on the train and get the tram out. But unless I'm going with someone who can drive

00:55that's how I get through. There's usually a bus from here

00:58that goes straight through the airport so I take that.
