00:18Today, the month of Sawan is also beginning.

00:28The country is watching very carefully that this month of Sawan should be positive,

00:45should be positive and should be a strong foundation for fulfilling the dreams of the people of this country.

07:26I am very saddened to say that after 2014, some MPs came for five years,

07:38some MPs got a chance for ten years,

07:42but there were many MPs who did not get a chance to talk about their area.

07:50They did not get a chance to strengthen the Parliament with their thoughts,

07:57because the negative politics of some parties have misused the important time of the Parliament

08:09in order to cover up their political differences.

08:19I urge all the parties that at least those who have come to the Parliament for the first time,

08:30there are many such MPs, and all of them are in the party,

08:36give them a chance, give them a chance to express their thoughts.

08:43Give as many people as possible a chance to come forward.

08:49And you must have seen that after the new Parliament was formed,

10:23I am confident that all of our respected MPs,

10:31will present the discussions with full preparation.

10:37No matter how many negative thoughts there are,

10:41negative thoughts are not bad.

10:44Negative thoughts are bad,

10:48where the limits of thinking are exhausted.

10:52The country does not need negativity.

10:55The country needs a stream of thought,

11:04a stream of thought of progress, a stream of thought of development,

11:08a stream of thought that will take the country to new heights.

11:13I fully hope that we will use this temple of democracy,

11:21to fulfil the hopes and desires of the common man of India.
