Trainee chefs chop potatoes on classmates' bare back while blindfolded

Trainee chefs in China are learning an unusual skill - chopping potatoes on their classmates' bare back while blindfolded.

The risky practice method is used by student chefs at the Huzhen Technical School in Baoding, China.

Video shows two chefs using large cleaver knives and perfecting their skill of thinly slicing potatoes using their classmates as chopping boards.

Their fellow classmates can been seen crunched over with their back exposed as the knifes leave light red marks on their skin.
