00:12Newhart was one of the highly well-known comedians and also worked in the Big Bang Theory.

00:18The US TV star died Thursday at his Los Angeles home and the news was declared earlier this

00:24The legendary actor first started his career as an accountant while later on switching

00:30His humour was always at par.

00:32Newhart also worked in the army for two years during the Korean War and enrolled into a

00:36graduate law school.

00:38He distinguished himself from his comedic peers with a contemporary perspective and

00:44As a stand-up comedian, whenever he went onto the stage, the man held only a telephone as

00:49his prop, pretending to having a conversation with someone on the other side.

00:54Newhart, who thrived in front of an audience, never fully retired and continued to be a
