00:00Right, well that is it. The course is complete. Congratulations on going through this Quality

00:14Management course. And what I'd like to do now is just review some of the learning outcomes

00:20to see what we've actually taken from the course. So the first one is the definition

00:27of quality. We've seen that there are many different definitions of quality, but for

00:32the purpose of this course, the ISO 9001, we've used another international standard,

00:38the ISO 8402. So looking at the history of quality management, we've looked at how quality

00:50has been measured in history and how it's evolved with Deming and other quality professionals

00:55to give us the international standard for managing quality, the ISO 9001. You see, it

01:01wasn't going to be as boring as you thought. The various QMS styles, we've touched on lean

01:13manufacturing as well as continual improvement and Kaizen, but the main focus has been on

01:19the ISO 9001. The sections needed for a QMS, we've looked through the specific clause,

01:32clause four of the international standard, and what that actually defines what needs

01:36to be included. How to write your own QMS. In the writing your own QMS section, we saw

01:49what the QMS was and the specific definition as well as the sections needed as set out

01:56in clause four. Also gave you a quality manual template to start creating your own. How to

02:09implement a QMS. I told you this was a big section and it provided the who, what, where,

02:15when and why to rolling out a QMS and not just the rollout as when it goes live, that's

02:21not the end. We must work on it and continually improve upon it. Implementing your QMS isn't

02:29the finish. It's merely the first step on the road to quality management. Well, I hope you've
