00:00Let's just take a look, whoa, and a crash of Van Aerts.
00:09I was a bit afraid for the arm, but apparently it's no fracture, so I hope to recover from
00:15it and that can continue.
00:19For sure it doesn't help us to crash again, but on the other hand, the last 15K when we
00:27heard that Jonas won both for me and Christoph in our group, it was less painful.
00:40To be honest, I really feel my legs.
00:42I also just trying to hang on and to stay as long as possible, but it's super crazy
00:48pace.
00:51This green jersey can give you a lot of extra energy, but yeah, I think to be honest, if
00:57you have any jersey, it's always extra power, so I'm just super happy to keep this jersey.
01:03Hey, Kev, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, let's go, mate, come on, let's go, guys, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo.
01:10Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo, what is that all about?
01:14My smallest daughter, I've got five kids, my smallest daughter, Astrid, she goes to
01:18Baby Ballet and they play that song, it's from Cinderella, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo.
01:23Every time I watch this video, it makes me happy.
01:26So Mark says it on the radio and it's just good feelings, you know, it's this particular
01:31memory is very special and it gives me good feelings coming to a finish.
01:36It hurts my legs yesterday, the start was super fast, but I think I managed it well,
01:42we'll see better today from the first pedal strokes.
01:52Stage 12 is another opportunity for the sprinters, though there will be some sore legs in the
01:56peloton after yesterday's GC blockbuster, another long one over 203km with three minor
02:01climbs on the menu.
02:04Valentin Madouas is on the attack.
02:11For once there was actually some interest in a breakaway on one of these flatter stages
02:16and four men went up the road, Madouas, Paché, Abrahamsson and the stage 9 winner Tergis.
02:23There was then a nervous moment for Taddei Pogacar as he was caught up in a crash.
02:28I think he needs a bike, I think Taddei needs a bike.
02:46Pogacar quickly caught up again, but another rider who had been struggling since the start
02:50soon decided to throw in the towel.
03:06The four riders up front have spent over 1,000km in the break at this tour, notably Abrahamsson
03:12who was wearing polka dots today on behalf of Pogacar, but they weren't given much rope
03:16by the peloton, only a couple of minutes.
03:21It's game over.
03:26This is the end of the Tour de France for Peu-Bilbao.
03:36The average speed was over 47km an hour as they approached the intermediate sprints where
03:42Tergis took the maximum haul ahead of Abrahamsson and Paché.
03:45The Frenchman is currently third in the points classification behind Biniem Gemay and Jasper
03:49Philipsen and it was Gemay in green who was first through from the bunch.
03:57Job done for Tergis who soon sat up and rolled back to the peloton, leaving three out front.
04:19The breakaway is over, with 41.6km to go.
04:36Crash, crash, crash, crash, crash in the middle of the peloton and a number of riders have
04:41hit the deck.
04:42Yep, they haven't seen that centre aisle.
04:45One of the Astana riders is down.
04:54Roglic has got a race against time and I'm not so sure he's okay here because he can't
04:59stay with the team unfortunately.
05:01This is a bad moment for Primoz Roglic.
05:04Entire team with Roglic behind, so guys, come on, go time at the reference point, top of
05:11the hill.
05:12We do our race.
05:13Come on, guys.
05:15So onto the wheel go EF Education Easypost looking after Marine Vandenberg.
05:24It is 1,200m of racing to go.
05:27This race is already at 52km an hour.
05:31Arnold De Lee is there.
05:32The front of the race then is EF, but Bahrain Victorious get ready with Phil Bauhaus just
05:38behind Ackermann, Marine Vandenberg, Brian Cockhardt, oh, a little bit of a squeeze.
05:43800m of racing to go.
05:45Come on, guys.
05:46Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo.
05:47Let's go, Cavs.
05:48Come on, mate.
05:49Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo, Cavs.
05:50It's that Philipsen coming on the left here.
05:57Mark Cavendish on the wheel.
05:58And now we start to see the moves as riders try to go and they squeeze through and it's
06:05a really messy sprint.
06:07The team of Arkea B&B Hotels bring Arnaud Dumas through to try and win his first stage
06:12in 2018.
06:13Cavendish is a little bit swamped in the middle.
06:16Dumas gets ready.
06:17Wout van Aert is there.
06:18Van Aert on the left-hand side, goes in the barriers and it's Arnaud Dumas.
06:23How did Wout van Aert not crash there?
06:25Arnaud Dumas all the way.
06:27Arnaud Dumas getting challenged by Gemay.
06:29Wout van Aert, who's going to take it?
06:32Gemay wins his hat-trick of stages in the Tour.
06:35Yeah!
06:41Roglic is brought home by the team of Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe with Jungels on the front
06:48with Marco Haller, but he's going to lose somewhere over two minutes, I think, this
06:54afternoon.
06:56I knew I could do a good result if I have the right time, the right will, so I proved
07:12the last three sprints.
07:13If I am in a good position, I can be able to win.
07:17I'm super happy I could deliver it and from now on I think I will continue full focus
07:24only for sprinting.
07:26Gemay making it a hat-trick of stage wins at this Tour with another show of raw power.
07:36Dumas was relegated for blocking van Aert.
07:43No issues for Pogacar, but it was a disastrous final for Roglic, who lost almost two and
07:47a half minutes after that late crash.
07:49He slips down to sixth overall.
07:52Gemay is sitting pretty in the green jersey competition.
07:55He now leads Jasper Philipsen by over 100 points.
08:00Pogacar still has the polka dot jersey, having been over bigger climbs than Abrahamsson.
08:04The two men now on 36 points.
08:09And David Napol is still the best young rider by a comfortable margin from Carlos Rodriguez.
