00:15that are almost certain death to anyone.

00:25Number 10, True Death, Overlord

00:38Ainz Al Ghon has a truly staggering number of spells in his arsenal.

00:43The Sorcerer King has literally dozens of deadly magic attacks that could obliterate

00:48anyone and anything in his path.

00:51However, our pick goes to the spell he uses against Gazef in their duel.

01:07When the Kingdom's Head Warrior challenges Ainz to a one-on-one, it's a foregone conclusion

01:12that Gazef will lose.

01:14Even so, Ainz makes it as quick and painless as possible for the man he respects.

01:20After stopping time, Ainz uses the spell True Death.

01:24Not only is this instant death magic, it also prevents Gazef from being resurrected.

01:35Gazef is dead, and dead for good.

01:37But hey, he wanted it that way.

01:40Number 9, I Am Atomic, The Eminence in Shadow

01:44Anime's edgiest isekai protagonist, which is really saying something, Sid Kagino, backs

01:50up his oh-so-cool looks with some of the most overpowered magic out there.

02:07His signature spell is I Am Atomic.

02:10The massive, pipple-tinged spell is capable of delivering a devastating and enormous eruption,

02:16akin to a nuclear explosion.

02:27Its range can be focused enough to blow a hole in a city, or wide enough to light up

02:32the sky over most of a continent.

02:35While Sid has used variants of the spell to heal or as a buff, in general, if he starts

02:40speaking in English, there's nothing you can do.

02:58Number 8, Hollow Purple, Jujutsu Kaisen

03:01Gojo is just built different.

03:07The strongest sorcerer of the age has so many overwhelmingly powerful attacks that it's

03:12hard to choose, but this is perhaps the flashiest, deadliest, and the most iconic.

03:17By mixing his attraction technique, blue, with his repulsion technique, red, Gojo's

03:24with colours, makes purple.

03:32By launching this imaginary rolling mass of energy at a target, Gojo can vaporise basically

03:39anything and everything in his path.

03:41If you're hit with Hollow Purple, it's nearly guaranteed that the space you used

03:46to occupy will be hollow.

03:58Number 7, Giga Slave, Slayers

04:02Lina Inverse causes a lot of collateral damage while using magic against ne'er-do-wells,

04:16but easily her strongest spell, and likely the most powerful one in her world, is Giga

04:21Slave.

04:22This spell calls upon the power of the Lord of Nightmares.

04:25Even in its incomplete form, Giga Slave is enough to destroy a piece of one of the Demon

04:31Kings.

04:39The attack has a number of drawbacks though.

04:42For one, it takes a lot out of the caster, including their hair pigments.

04:46For another, if Lina loses control of the spell, it's powerful enough to destroy the

04:51entire world.

04:56Number 6, Crime and Punishment, Bungo Stray Dogs

05:01Even without his special ability, Fyodor Dostoevsky is a criminal mastermind that's killed many

05:08people.

05:09The character, not the author.

05:14Fyodor's unique power, Crime and Punishment, is a mysterious yet potent ability.

05:21Named for his famous book, the ability, while not fully explained, appears to cause instant

05:26death upon someone touching him.

05:37It doesn't even have to be direct contact, it works through gloves when someone touches

05:42Fyodor too.

05:43If death is the punishment for touching him, then does it fit the crime?

05:48Personally, we'd rather not do the time.

05:58Number 5, Gold Experience Requiem, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

06:02There are many overpowered stans in JoJo that can kill you in any number of ways.

06:16But the one belonging to Giorno Giovanna is arguably the strongest of them all.

06:22Upon Gold Experience being upgraded to its Requiem form, Giorno's stan can do all the

06:28usual things it could before.

06:30It can still imbue life, heal, and pummel foes faster than you can say Muda.

06:42But its true strength lies in the effect it has on fate.

06:46Not even time-rewinding stans can alter Gold Experience Requiem's outcomes.

06:51Even death won't stop it.

06:53Giorno's foe, Diabolo, is killed and then reborn elsewhere, only to die again and again.

07:00You can't fight fate.

07:15Number 4, Force Manipulation, Chainsaw Man

07:25Makima has several powerful abilities, which we won't get into here since the anime is

07:30still in the early part of the story.

07:33However, what we've seen so far is still terrifyingly strong.

07:38After being presumed dead during the Katana Man attack, Makima resurfaces.

07:43As Katana Man's comrades are carrying a wounded Denji to a car, they start exploding one by

07:49one in showers of blood.

07:58We then see Makima on a mountaintop shrine, surrounded by blindfolded convicted criminals.

08:05As she exerts her Force Manipulation, Makima states the name of her target, and uses the

08:10convicts as sacrifices to kill her foes remotely.

08:18There's seemingly no defence against it, and all her victims can do is panic as they

08:27die.

08:28Chilling.

08:29Number 3, Serious Punch, One Punch Man

08:40As the titular character of One Punch Man, Saitama can defeat anyone with a single punch.

08:46But there are punches, and then there are punches, if you get our drift.

08:51Most of the time, Saitama is consciously holding back.

08:58When he stops taking it easy on his opponents and gets serious, Saitama's punches can unleash

09:04an incredible devastation.

09:15On one occasion, he blows away the gigantic monster Elder Centipede with the move.

09:20On another, he not only punches through an attack powerful enough to destroy Earth, but

09:25he also alters the weather across a significant portion of the planet.

09:30If Saitama gets serious, the last thing you're going to want to see is a red-gloved fist

09:35of death.

09:36Number 2, Super Tengen Toppa Giga Drill Break, Gurren Lagann the Movie, The Lights in the

09:42Sky are Stars

09:44The sheer scale of the final battle in Gurren Lagann is mind-boggling.

09:49And somehow, the movie version went even bigger.

10:02Team Daiguren have constructed an impossibly large mecha larger than universes, plural,

10:08in their fight against the Anti-Spiral.

10:11They then produce a drill many times larger than the heavens to perform Super Tengen Toppa

10:16Giga Drill Break.

10:26While the Anti-Spiral may match it and even break it, Team Daiguren's persistence with

10:32the drill breaks defeats their foe for good.

10:37It may not succeed immediately, but the drill the size of multiple universes is nothing

10:42to sneeze at.

11:17fewer as potent as Hakai.

11:22A move primarily utilised by the gods of destruction, Hakai is an attack that utterly obliterates

11:33whatever it's used against.

11:35Although there are some examples of people surviving Hakai from inexperienced users,

11:41when a full-fledged god of destruction uses the technique, it doesn't matter if it's

11:45a city, a planet, a god or even a ghost.

11:54Like a table full of earth cuisine in front of Beerus, they don't stand a chance.
