00:00Hello everyone. Welcome to Soul Star Readings. Welcome to this peaceful space of introspection.

00:13I'm so excited. I'm so excited today because I have been looking for something for a very

00:23long time. And I knew I had it, but I couldn't find it anywhere. And I needed this tool for

00:36doing videos instead of only audios with pictures. And yesterday I found it. I did some house

00:48clearing and I found my tripod. And now I'm able to do videos, actual videos. And I can

00:58show you things better. Okay, the light is not so bright. I'm gonna improve this. Here's

01:07my little feather that I found, or that I was gifted by the birds. And it's just me

01:16and the candle light and this reading table, this ancient reading table. And I'm so happy

01:24to be here with you today because it feels different. It feels like I can talk more directly

01:34to you, or we can have a conversation. And it's okay that it is not a direct conversation,

01:48but it is something that you can come back to whenever you want, whenever you want to

01:55listen, whenever you want to tune in for some guidance. And I'm here with all of my

02:03library of card decks. This is my wisdom library and that's a great treasure of mine that I've

02:14collected over the years. And I just love to give little readings with inspiration for

02:22the day or for the coming time or whatever is important right now. And so I did not yet

02:33choose a deck for today. But let's see where I feel drawn to. Okay, okay, let's start with

02:48some good thoughts. Yay. Good thoughts are the beginning of good experiences. And I have

02:58a beautiful deck. It is called Körper und Seele. It's a German deck, but it's also available

03:06in English. And it is by Louise L. Hay and she is the queen of affirmations, the queen

03:16of positive thinking. She has taught us how to change our thoughts. And this leads to

03:26a change of life. Because when we begin to be conscious about what we are thinking all

03:37the time, and that we can change our thoughts into a more positive one, we are able to see

03:48things differently. We are able to experience ourselves differently. And we can learn new

03:56things about ourselves. And so let's open the box and get them out there. And I'm going

04:09to shuffle them and translate the messages to the best of my abilities. Yeah, I'm really

04:19so excited and happy today. And I want to pass this on to you. Okay, so if you have not smiled

04:29today, now is a good time to smile. Okay. Yay. Give me a smile. That feels so good. Yeah.

04:42Shuffling here behind the camera. And I'm asking Spirit for the best message for all of us in the

04:54here and now for all for our highest good. What shall we learn? What shall we look at? What is

05:03the best inspiration for all of us who are listening and watching here? Thank you so much.

05:11And this is the card. Wow. Amazing. Okay, I've already seen it. Okay.

05:26Here is the card. And before I tell you what it means, do you see this black cat running off

05:38the scene? This black cat has probably pushed this vase with the beautiful flowers down. So

05:49these flowers are falling out. And the cat is running off. The cat is running off. Hmm.

06:00And the message here is, niemand ist schuld. And that means, it's nobody's fault. No one is to

06:10blame. Okay, it's about blame. This card is talking about the energy of blaming. And that's

06:19very low energy. And if this comes up, then it's time to elevate this. Okay. So let's see what we

06:29have on the backside. Oh, there she is again. Okay. I read it in German and then I tried to

06:40translate this. Ich höre jetzt damit auf, anderen oder mir selbst Vorwürfe zu machen.

06:50Wir alle tun stets unser Bestes im Rahmen unseres jeweiligen Erkenntnisvermögens.

06:59Okay. I now stop blaming myself or others. We all are always doing our best in the

07:19consciousness that we are in. That's how you can say it.

07:30We are doing the best that we can do in every moment. Okay.

07:36We are doing the best that we can do in every moment. Okay. So, if we realize that

07:55we are doing the best that we can do in every moment,

08:07we often judge ourselves because we think we should have done something better or different.

08:14But somehow we couldn't at this time. And a great part of self-forgiving is the realization

08:25that whatever happened or whatever you did or did not do is

08:40not something that you should, you shouldn't be hard on yourself because of it. Okay.

08:47No matter what it was. I mean, if there was something that you really now understand

08:54that wasn't so good in the past, then take this lesson and learn it, understand it,

09:02and don't repeat it. The best thing to do that we can do is to not repeat our mistakes

09:15and to not be afraid of repeating something that was not so good. Okay. Maybe this cat was

09:27afraid of punishment. She ran off. Wow, she headed away. And then she came back and looked

09:35at these flowers and maybe this was an accident. Maybe this was not

09:47her intention to throw this vase down. Maybe this was an accident.

09:55And but she was scared of being punished. I love cats, by the way. I love all the cats,

10:04also the black cats. And yeah, when we come back to the scenery, okay, this is the scenery where

10:14it happened. And we come back later and we look at things, okay, we look at the things that went

10:20wrong in our life. But maybe there is no wrong. But when we come back and we look at the things

10:29and we can, we have gained a little distance from the scenery and we, okay, we kind of want to look

10:39at this again, or maybe we don't want to look at this again, but we are guided to look at

10:44things from the past that were not so good. And then it's time to really let go of the guilt

10:55and the shame and the blame, because these energies are not constructive. They are

11:02holding us down. They are not bringing us forward. And

11:06you can spend a whole life in regrets, or you can also spend your life in

11:20loving yourself more every day, respecting yourself and who you are and who you were in the past,

11:29respecting your younger self that didn't know any better or didn't have the experience of

11:36what it is like to make mistakes. And the mistake is nothing we should be ashamed of, because

11:44mistakes are here to learn from. And yeah, we can do better, of course,

11:54but we should also be very gentle and forgiving with ourselves and, of course, with others.

12:05That's the same thing. It's the same thing if you forgive yourself or others. It's the same energy.

12:14So that is the main message for today. But I don't want to

12:18leave you with only this, because I feel drawn to another deck, and it's this one.

12:29It's the self-care cards from Cheryl Richardson. And these are very simple messages.

12:39Oh, look at that. Look. Look at patience. Patience is on the front page, but that's not the message.

12:52And I love how spirit works. I mean, you can't make this up. I didn't know that this was on

12:57the front page. So I'm going to shuffle these cards again, and we will see what further

13:05information we have for this day or for this here-and-now moment. Okay.

13:14Patience. Being patient with ourselves in the process, because if we are going through some

13:22deep stuff, some deep healing, shadow work, and so on, then it can take time. It can take days

13:30when we feel off, we feel under the weather, or we just don't know what to do or to say,

13:36and that's okay. It's all right. Have patience with yourself, because,

13:45how do you say, Rome wasn't built in a day, and so on. You know what I mean. Okay. It's all good.

13:53Some things take time. Nature takes time to make things grow, and it's the same with us.

14:01So what is the best self-care advice for everyone who is in resonance with this first message?

14:10Thank you. Thank you, spirit.

14:14And here we have friendship. Beautiful. Yeah. Friendship. I love the image.

14:29I love the image. This woman is resting her head on the lap of an angelic friend. Okay.

14:37And this can be literally an angel who's watching over you right now,

14:45a spirit guide, or a loved one from spirit who is

14:54bringing you comfort at this time. Or it can be a real friend. Okay. And that's,

15:03ah, I love this energy, because we all need someone sometimes that we can trust and who

15:12is there for us, and we can be there for them as well. Friendship is one of the most underrated

15:20experiences on earth, because it is so precious to have a friend here on this earth plane.

15:34But let's turn this around and see. Call a friend. When you're mirrored with love,

15:42you see yourself clearly. Okay. I get this. Amazing. When I read this word clearly, I

15:56instantly heard this song. I can see clearly now. Okay. I won't sing now. I won't sing,

16:04but I can see clearly now. The rain is gone. These are the first lines of this song.

16:11I don't know from which artist it is, but you can find it. It's an amazing song, and it

16:18is very uplifting. Okay. Spirit often gives me songs to explain energies, and

16:28I like that song. I can see clearly now. So

16:34sometimes all we need is someone who listens and who is willing to take the time for a few minutes

16:45to sit with us and who shares the love with us, who helps us to see us in a better light than we

16:57see ourselves. Okay. Sometimes we are not happy with who we are, because we think we are a bad

17:10person, or I don't know. We've done something wrong, but you haven't, my dear one. You have

17:17not done something wrong. You just need a little love. You need someone who cares about you.

17:25Okay. And it's okay to reach out. Sometimes it's necessary to get a weight off your chest or to

17:39just sit down and talk with someone, because it's the best healing that we can offer another person.

17:50The best healing is our time and attention. It is just being there who can help another person

18:00so much, and ourselves too, of course. So this friendship card shines brightly over this

18:09situation, because maybe there is something that you were not able to forgive yourself,

18:16but maybe a friend can help you find out that there is nothing to forgive, because you did

18:24what you could do at this time. You did it. Okay. And now is the now moment. Now you can decide

18:32differently. Now you can move on from this hardship or situation, and you can find peace with

18:40yourself. Okay. So that's the reading for today, and I like it very much, and it is

18:50really peaceful. We don't have to be hard on ourselves, and if there is something that weighs

18:59us down, we have always the opportunity to reach out to a dear friend. And if you don't have any

19:09friends, and I understand that, then just grab the phone or the computer and

19:17call some of these help lines. There are telephone numbers for people who are in need

19:26of a conversation, and maybe you can find these numbers in your country. You just have to look

19:35them up on the internet. Okay. But there is always someone there who will listen,

19:44and if you don't have, if you don't want to do that, then just call on your angels.

19:50Call upon your angels and guides, because they are always here to help you, and they love you

19:57unconditionally. Okay. And you can hand over everything that is heavy in your life

20:09to your fellow angelic friends, because they really want to be with you. They want to be

20:18close to you. They want to cheer you up and help you out of this, whatever is weighing you down.

20:26And then life can look a little brighter. Okay. And yeah. Thank you so much for watching and
