According to Gabby Concepcion, the greatest lesson he learned about show business came from his late father, Rolando.

00:08Actually, you don't really need to please everybody, just be yourself. It's either they accept you or not.

00:13Do your work, do your assignment. If you have to study your lines, study your lines.

00:19If you have a role to play, play that role. Play it good, make it good.

00:24My dad told me, just be yourself.

00:28The greatest lesson that I have learned actually started from my father.

00:34Like I mentioned earlier, he said, be nice to everybody in this industry.

00:39Because on your way up, if you go up, they will be the same people that you will see on your way down.

00:46So be nice to everybody. I think that's the key. You have to be real, you have to be nice to everybody.

00:51And it goes back to the law of karma.
