00:00Darcy Weir is an independent researcher and filmmaker who has traveled around the world
00:16to study the UFO phenomenon.
00:20Back in August of 2020, under a shroud of secrecy, the UAP Task Force was clandestinely
00:27brought into existence within the shadows of the enigmatic U.S. Department of Defense.
00:33My questions regarding this phenomenon led me to American oceanographer and retired Rear
00:39Admiral Tim Gallaudet.
00:42How long did you serve for the Navy and work for NOAA?
00:46I served in the Navy for 32 years and I then worked for NOAA after that for about three
00:52and a half years.
00:53They're coming from somewhere.
00:55We don't know how they're doing what they're doing and we don't know their intentions.
00:59All I can say is this deserves a significant amount of study of our oceans and that's what
01:06I'm pursuing right now.
01:07When you hear about Navy submarine seamen witnessing or noticing on sonar U.S.O. activity
01:18objects that are moving, you know, 300 knots plus.
01:23I won't use the gentleman's name, even though he's mentioned it publicly and has been in
01:30print, that during some testing on the Los Angeles Class Improved 688, Los Angeles Class
01:42Fest tux submarine, the USS Hampton, I think it's SSN 767, they were doing something new
01:50with the sonar and an object was being picked up on sonar as a fast mover and it went zipping
02:01by them and the sonar operator said that went by us and in excess of 800 miles an hour.
02:11Now I heard through the grapevine that you had a experience with a, what some people
02:18call fast mover in the Navy.
02:22Can you?
02:23Yes, sir.
02:24I can tell you about that.
02:25What are your thoughts on the U.S.O.
02:26situation?
02:27I mean, I film here nightly and it's almost every night you catch something that you can't
02:31explain.
02:32Why do you think that the water is so important to these craft?
02:36What's it about our oceans that attract them to you?
02:40Personally, I believe that they, I believe that they exist, they reside in our oceans.
02:47I believe that they have bases or on the ground facilities.
02:51There is, in my view, based on the data of U.S.O. activity, there is a very good reason
02:57to believe that there are multiple undersea bases that these things operate on.
03:03Yes.
03:04Now, and some of them would be definitely off the coast of South America on the Atlantic
03:09side.
03:10I don't think there's any question about it.
03:11There's been too many of those types of cases.
03:14So you're talking about a global presence.
03:17What are they doing?
03:19What's going on?
