After the French election result Le Pen will know how strong she is and may join then, making Patriots for Europe the EU parliament's third largest bloc.

00:22EU's recognition threshold. Marina Le Pen is expected to merge with the Patriots, leaving

00:28the future of the ID in jeopardy. Orban announced the creation of the Patriots for Europe on

00:36June 30, along with Austria's Freedom Party and the Czech Republic's ANO. The Netherlands'

00:44Party of Freedom, Portugal's Chega and Spain's Vox have also joined within the last week.

00:49With Patriots of Europe, Orban aims to lead the EU's hard right and become the fourth

00:54largest group within the European Parliament.
