00:00So the successes of the bid since we started are probably really to do with the safety side of it.

00:05We've managed to get a police officer in the city centre, a dedicated police officer.

00:10We've launched an app for reporting incidents and we've also delivered some fantastic events.

00:16So those things combined, the safety element, the event side of it and also listening to our levy payers

00:22and understanding that they've actually seen some successes from what we've done in terms of increasing turnover

00:28and also increasing the better, I guess, better view and attitude towards the city centre.

00:32So yeah, we're only two and a half years in but yeah, I mean, this is the whole point of business improvement districts

00:37because it adds to all the other work that our agencies and partners are doing in the city centre and the city to make it a better place.

00:43So yes, with having more events, cleaner, safer place to visit, you are going to attract more and more people

00:51and ultimately that will make it a better place to come and visit.
