00:00Two warehouses of home appliances that were not registered and did not pass the inspection were abducted in Bulacan.

00:15verification, validation, surveillance and test-buy was carried out by the Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau

00:21or FTEB of DTI in the warehouse in Plaridel, Bulacan.

00:25The appliances that were sold online were found unregistered, unsafe and uncertified or did not pass the inspection.

00:33Some of the unregistered appliances were found are washing machine, oven toaster, blender, electric fan, rice cooker and multi-cooker.

00:41In the check-in, we saw that the rice cooker is not the only one that is not certified by the Bureau of Philippine Standards.

00:52We saw there blenders, washing machine, electric fan. So that's it. It's included in the check-in.

01:01The appliances that were registered in the two warehouses cost more than P9.3 million pesos.

01:07When we say uncertified, this does not have a PS mark, this does not have an ICC.

01:12The PS mark is the Philippine Safety Mark.

01:14If you are a local manufacturer, you need to get a permit or license from the BPS of DTI,
