00:29and I like the style they want to play. It's always with courage and me and my team we

00:39I'm aware that this is a huge job. I'm aware of that. It's a big challenge and I think

00:47I need a lot of courage and of course also humility so I need to stay humble. I think

00:54these two values are very important.

00:57I call myself the friendly authority. Football is my passion and I try to convince the players

01:06by using the power of the ideas. I want to value every player, I want to improve every

01:14player together with my team. Before I say to you my targets with the team I want to

01:19discuss them with my players because in the end the players have to be convinced of that

01:24and the players need to feel what we can achieve. That's the main thing for me but

01:32I want to achieve big things and I want to challenge the establishment.
