00:00In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
00:05Blessed is He in Whose Hand is Sovereignty, and He is Able to do all things.
00:13Who created death and life, that He may test you, which of you is best in deed?
00:20And He is the Mighty, the Forgiving.
00:24Who created the seven heavens in layers.
00:29You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any deviation.
00:34So turn your gaze back. Do you see any breakthroughs?
00:39Then turn your gaze back twice.
00:44Your gaze will turn back to you, despondent, and He is the Reckoner.
00:50And indeed We have adorned the sky of this world with lamps,
00:56and We have made them as a punishment for the devils.
01:00And We have prepared for them the punishment of the Blaze.
01:05And for those who disbelieve in their Lord is the punishment of Hell,
01:10and an evil destination.
01:13When they are thrown into it, they will hear its roaring, and it will roar.
01:22They will almost be separated from the rage.
01:26Whenever a group is thrown into it, its keepers will ask them,
01:34Has there not come to you a warner?
01:37They will say, Yes, indeed, there has come to us a warner,
01:42but he denied us and we said, Allah has not sent down anything.
01:48You are not but in great error.
01:54And they will say, If only we had listened or reasoned,
01:59we would not have been among the companions of the Blaze.
02:04Then they will admit their sin, and it will be a blazing fire for the companions of the Blaze.
02:11Indeed, those who fear their Lord unseen,
02:16for them is forgiveness and a great reward.
02:21And keep your word secret or make it public.
02:25Indeed, He is Knowing of what is in the breasts.
02:31Does He who created not know? And He is the Subtle, the Acquainted.
02:37It is He who has made the earth for you low,
02:41so walk among its slopes and eat of His provision,
02:45and to Him is the resurrection.
02:49Do you feel secure that whoever is in the heaven
02:54will not cause the earth to swallow you up, and at once it will crumble?
02:59Do you feel secure that whoever is in the heaven
03:04will not cause the earth to swallow you up,
03:08and at once it will crumble?
03:12And those before them had already denied,
03:16so how was My reproach?
03:19Did they not see the birds above them,
03:23fluttering and flying?
03:28None can hold them except the Most Merciful.
03:33Indeed, He is Seeing of all things.
03:38Or who is this who is a soldier for you,
03:43helping you instead of the Most Merciful?
03:48Indeed, the disbelievers are not but in delusion.
03:53Or who is this who provides for you?
03:57If he withholds his provision,
03:59they will be in a state of hostility and rejection.
04:04Is he who walks upright on his face more guided,
04:10or he who walks upright on a straight path?
04:17Say, He it is Who created you,
04:21and made for you hearing and sight and hearts.
04:25Little are you grateful.
04:29Say, He it is Who planted you in the earth,
04:32and to Him you will be gathered.
04:34And they say, When is this promise, if you are truthful?
04:41Say, Knowledge is only with Allah,
04:46and I am only a clear warner.
04:52But when they see it near,
04:55the faces of those who disbelieve become evil,
04:59and it is said, This is what you used to call for.
05:06Say, Have you considered,
05:07if Allah should destroy me and those with me,
05:10or have mercy on us,
05:13then who will protect the disbelievers
05:16from a painful punishment?
05:19Say, He is the Most Merciful.
05:20We have believed in Him,
05:22and upon Him we have put our trust.
05:25So you will know who is in manifest error.
05:31Say, Have you considered,
05:33if your water becomes deep,
05:37then who will bring you flowing water?
