00:04You can experiment, you can do this, you can do that.

00:07And when you can spot the right one, the right object, the right thought, the right book,

00:12the right person, you can bring it into your life.

00:15Most of us have such low tolerance for loneliness that we fill it up with crap.

00:20Either the wrong kind of job, or beliefs, or person, or location, or something.

00:27Remember the alternative is far worse.

00:30People who are fed up of loneliness fall into all kinds of terrible places.

00:38But they usually don't display or acknowledge that.

00:43So you feel, oh the ones whose hollows are filled up are luckier.

00:47No, they are not.

00:48Get into their reality and you will find that being lonely is far far better.

00:54I am lonely means I have the opportunity.

00:56And that opportunity is available all life.
