Ingredients
For the Aloo Matar Curry:

Instructions
Prepare the Aloo Matar Curry:
1. Heat the Oil:
- In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds until fragrant. ️
2. Sauté the Onions:
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they become golden brown.
3. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste:
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a couple of minutes until the raw smell disappears.
4. Cook the Tomatoes:
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
5. Add the Spices:
- Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes until the oil starts to separate from the masala. ️
