00:00We've mentioned Osborne. I think it's ridiculous the situation with him.

00:03He can't come out as a club with a manager and say he's going to get a deal and then not, and leave the lad in limbo.

00:09He's done enough to earn at least another year at the club, in my opinion, to get his addition

00:13and would be a very useful player in the Championship for Sheffield United.

00:18So that is not a good look, basically. And I don't like that. I don't like how that looks.

00:25Just on a human level. These are footballers, they're very highly paid, we know all that, all the usual caveats.

00:31But at the end of the day, you are dealing with human beings.

00:34And my issue as well, my concern a little bit is that footballers talk to each other.

00:39How many times have we spoke to Tommy Doyle and he said,

00:43Oh yeah, Morgan Gibbs-White told me how good it is at Sheffield United.

00:46And the more people who come away from United disillusioned by things,

00:50looking back to how Billy was dealt with towards the end.

00:54And then a few other people who've sort of been, don't think they were treated as well as they could have been.

00:59And then with Ben, I mean, he left after the Spurs game, you know, see you next season.

01:06There was no doubt.

01:07No, well, no, there wouldn't be, because the manager sat there and said he's staying.

01:11Yeah. And then sort of the day before the option is supposed to be there, you know, what's happening?

01:17And then he gets the call saying, you know, everything's changed.

01:21And all of a sudden you're free again.

01:24So, yeah, that is a concern for me in terms of how, just treating people properly.

01:31Do you know what I mean? Because footballers do talk to each other.

01:33And a big thing about United in recent seasons, they don't pay the most money.

01:37We know that. That's an open secret.

01:39I don't think we're betraying any confidences there.

01:41But if it comes down to a couple of clubs,

01:46I think looking at how the journey they've been on in the last few years and under Wilder

01:50and it seemed to be a good ride to be a player in there.

01:53Absolutely.

01:54That can sway it one way or the other.

01:56But if you suddenly, you know, you've played with Derby or whatever,

01:59what's it like there?

02:01Well, it's not, you know.

02:02It was good until right at the end it turned around and whatever else.

02:07Yeah. And that is a slight concern.
