00:24Lin Wenyi is Guo Huaping's registered mother in the SIRV.
00:29The senator reveals the birthdate listed is August 31, 1990.
00:34This makes the Chinese child 12 years old at the time of her arrival.
00:38In the mayor's supposed birth certificate, her birthday is listed as July 12, 1986.
00:44Gatchalian and fellow Senator Risa Ontiveros suspect Lin is Guo's biological mother.
00:49The mayor claims she's Filipino because her mother, Amelia Leal, is Filipino.
00:54But there are no birth, marriage, or death certificates of Leal on record.
