A woodcutter named Hari accidentally dropped his axe into a river. A fairy appeared and offered him a golden axe, but Hari refused, saying it wasn’t his. The fairy, impressed by his honesty, gave him both his old axe and the golden one. Hari’s honesty was rewarded, and he shared his good fortune with his neighbors.
