In a tragic incident on June 12th, a devastating fire in a seven-story building in Mangaf, Ahmadi Governorate, Kuwait, claimed the lives of 45 Indians, including three workers from Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has announced a compensation of Rs 5 lakh each for the families of the deceased workers from the state. 01:39of the Gulf Division, Ministry of External Affairs, and AP Bhawan to extend support to
01:45the families of the deceased.
01:48The mortal remains of the deceased will be flown to Vishakhapatnam on Saturday.
01:54The Department of Protocol will ensure the smooth transition of the mortal remains at
02:00Hyderabad Airport for onward transportation to Vishakhapatnam.
02:04The District Administration of Vishakhapatnam will receive the mortal remains upon their
02:09arrival at the airport.
02:11District officials from East Godavari and Srikakulam will also be present to ensure
02:17the seamless transportation of the remains to the respective districts.
02:23This tragedy has deeply affected the families and communities in East Godavari and Srikakulam
02:30and throughout India.
02:32The state government support, along with the efforts of APNRTS and other officials, aims
02:39to provide some solace to the grieving families during this difficult time.
