00:27They all smelt delicious. No, they all smelt absolutely fine.

00:31But you're right, there is an absolute sense of grubbiness on all of them.

00:37Which you can see when you're next to these bikes, they're like beasts.

00:41They kind of have their own personalities.

00:45And you were comfortable on the back of them?

00:53It was a joy to see these guys train and do it.
