00:13the NHS and that is why I wouldn't use anything other than the NHS and I wouldn't for my relatives
00:20but this is a lived experience for me because as I was growing up, particularly when I was
00:24a teenager, I was in the High Dependency Unit with my mum and we nearly lost her a number
00:30of times but she was absolutely clear that it was the NHS that pulled her through every
00:34time. I say thank you to them and I would use them.
