Ye gets hit with another lawsuit from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. She’s suing him for various employment law violations including: sexual harassment, fraud, gender discrimination and more.

00:00 Ye gets hit with another lawsuit and his former assistant is alleging some inappropriate behavior from the rapper.

00:06 In the lawsuit obtained by Billboard, Kanye's ex-assistant, Lauren Pichotta, is suing him for breach of contract,

00:12 sexual harassment, wrongful termination, gender discrimination, fraud, and other employment law violations.

00:19 After a year of working for the rapper and fashion designer, Lauren claims she was fired shortly after being promoted to chief of staff

00:26 and was offered a $3 million severance that was allegedly never paid.

00:30 She alleges that Ye offered her a million dollar salary while employed to him,

00:34 then a year later offered her a $1 million payment, which the lawsuit claims he did not pay,

00:39 to delete her OnlyFans account so she would be "godlike," to which she agreed.

00:45 Lauren claims he also sent her sexual photos and videos of Kanye having sex with other women

00:50 and allegedly masturbated in front of her.

00:53 A rep has not yet responded to Billboard's request for comment.
