Petrossi (Sonepar Italia): “Salto di qualità in termini di performance grazie a sviluppo piattaforma Spark”

(Adnkronos) - “L'Italia, in termini di utilizzo, è ormai familiare all'e-commerce: tutti acquistiamo e siamo clienti di negozi online. E’ una modalità di acquisto, quella online, adottata da tutti. Nel nostro settore, sicuramente abbastanza tradizionale, l'adozione dello strumento online per gli acquisti, si è sviluppato nel tempo e ha raggiunto livelli interessanti negli ultimi 3-4 anni, con l'inserimento e lo sviluppo della piattaforma omnicanale Spark di Sonepar c'è stato il salto di qualità in termini di performance offerte al cliente”. E’ quanto affermato da Elisabetta Petrossi, Vice President Marketing di Sonepar Italia, in occasione della convention annuale ‘Passion for Performance’, organizzata dal Gruppo Sonepar con le sue aziende principali in Italia – Sacchi e Sonepar Italia con Elettroveneta - presso il Centro congressi di Padova. L’incontro ha l’obiettivo di fare il punto sulle tendenze del mercato e condividere strategie e buone pratiche con fornitori e clienti.

00:07It is a project that we will officially launch in October 2024.

00:12What does the Marketplace consist of?

00:14At the moment we offer, through our Spark platform,

00:18about 750 different items from different manufacturers

00:23that are sold by Sonepark as a distributor.

00:27So we are the sellers of products that we buy from our suppliers

00:32and we offer them to our customers.

00:34The Marketplace widens this area a little

00:39and allows our suppliers to join the Spark platform

00:45and therefore offer products that are not sold through Sonepark.

00:50So you will not find the same product offered by the supplier and offered by Sonepark.

00:56But they will sell other products that they may want to include in the range

01:01and will offer our customers a wide range of products.

01:09And this can only be positive for everyone.

01:12For the customer, because it is a wider range, a higher offer

01:17and a more numerous amount of products to choose from.

01:24Sonepark, because in this way it offers an advantage to its customers

01:31because the customer will not only find the products that Sonepark normally sells

01:36but will also find the other products that other suppliers want

01:40in some way to convey through the platform.

01:43And of course, the advantage for the supplier who will be able to insert

01:47within the Marketplace products that Sonepark normally does not sell

01:52but would like to sell at a price that he will decide and position directly on the platform.
