00:00 It's been the first full week of the campaign.
00:02 You've announced lots of policies,
00:04 you've been around the country, but polling would suggest
00:07 it's not really making a difference.
00:10 Aren't you worried that your campaign is falling flat?
00:13 No, the only poll that matters is the poll on July 4th.
00:16 That's the poll that I'm focused on.
00:18 And as you acknowledge, we are announcing bold policies
00:21 because that's what the situation demands.
00:23 I want to deliver a more secure future for everyone
00:26 in our country.
00:27 That requires a clear plan and bold action.
00:29 Now, our plan is working when it comes to the economy.
00:32 Inflation down, wages rising, the economy growing.
00:35 And people everywhere I've been across the country
00:37 are engaging with the ideas that we're putting forward.
00:40 A modern form of national service,
00:42 the triple lock plus for pensioners,
00:44 and 100,000 new high quality apprenticeships.
00:47 These are things that people are talking to me about.
00:49 They think those are the right things
00:50 for the future of our country.
00:51 And that's a choice at this election
00:53 because there's not a single idea that we've heard
00:55 in the first full week of this campaign
00:56 that's come from the Labour Party.
00:57 Well, I mean, you say Keir Starmer has no plan.
01:00 He's been out in Scotland outlining his plans for GB Energy.
01:04 That's a plan, isn't it?
01:05 I mean, what are your plans for Scotland?
01:06 Yeah, I mean, he's been talking about his net zero ambitions,
01:08 but yet again, there's no substance.
01:10 There's no ideas, no policy.
01:12 There's just a logo.
01:14 And the British people deserve a lot more than that.
