00:05 Good morning, Kapuso. We are still here at Marikina River where we are continuously monitoring the rise of water levels in the middle of the Mampanot.

00:13 During these times, the sun has continued to rise and there are no signs of rain.

00:17 But don't worry, Kapuso, it is not only the storm Agon that is causing rain in our country.

00:22 According to the forecast, the Eraljing Southwesterly Wind Flow will be in the western section of the Southern Zone and Visayas.

00:28 Based on the rainfall forecast in Metro Weather, the chance of rain today is high in almost the entire country.

00:34 Heavy to intense rain is possible in their area, particularly in Luzon and Mindanao.

00:38 Let's go back to Metro Manila.

00:41 Due to the storm Agon, the Tropical Cyclone Wind is now high.

00:44 Signals No. 2 in the southeastern portion of Isabela, northern portion of Aurora and in the islands of Colilio.

00:50 Signals No. 1 in the northeastern and southern portion of Isabela, eastern portion of Quirino and Lembizkaya, which is the western part of Aurora.

00:57 Eastern portion of Nueva Ecija and Bulacan and the entire province of Rizal.

01:01 Also in the northeastern portion of Laguna, northern and central portion of Quezon Province and western portion of Camarin, Esnote and Calagas Islands.

01:10 There is no longer a high wind signal here in Metro Manila.

01:13 Kapuso, the storm Agon is now high. 105 kilometers east of Balil, Aurora.

01:18 It is strong, 140 kilometers per hour and it is also very strong.

01:21 It can reach 170 kilometers per hour. It moves north-northeast in Belize at 10 kilometers per hour.

01:28 In the latest forecast track of Pagasa, the storm Agon is moving away from the country towards the Philippine Sea and it is still continuing to grow.

01:36 On Wednesday, it is expected that Philippine Air Responsibility will release the storm Agon.

01:42 It is being avoided to sail small sea vessels in the nearby towns of Cagayan and in the entire Isabela, Aurora and Quezon with the Polilo Islands due to the high winds.

01:52 In spite of the rainy season, the danger level of heat index or heat wave is possible to reach up to 30 places.

01:59 46 degrees Celsius is the highest possible record in Guiwan Eastern Samar.

02:04 45 degrees Celsius in Borongan Eastern Samar and Zamboanga City.

02:08 It is possible to reach 42, 43 or 44 degrees Celsius is the heat index in some parts of the country.

02:15 So, remember Kapuso, drink plenty of water and avoid the strong sun and bring rain cover for the heavy rains, thunderstorms and storm Agon.
