00:00 A boat with a passenger crashed into the sea and the town of Claveria in Masbate.

00:06 More than 40 passengers and crew of the boat were saved.

00:09 The Aroroy MDRRMO and Coast Guard of Masbate responded immediately.

00:17 The incident happened on Friday when the storm was not yet near Bicol,
