00:00 After the victory in Bicol and Eastern Visayas,

00:03 which is located in Calabarzone,

00:05 the storm suddenly intensified.

00:07 Four people were injured in this victory

00:10 according to the NDRRMC data.

00:12 Three of them were children.

00:14 And Dano Tingcunco was able to score.

00:17 The storm's strong rain fell on Lipa, Batangas.

00:24 It also brought strong winds that made the trees dance.

00:30 And it also hit the roof of an establishment.

00:33 In the midst of the rain,

00:35 visibility to the roads almost zeroed out

00:37 and it flooded several places.

00:39 In the town of Ibaan,

00:42 a truck slipped on a steep road

00:45 and half of it fell into the river.

00:47 It was slowly lifted by a crane.

00:51 In Aurora, the trees and animals were able to rest in the heat

00:56 due to the almost heavy rain.

00:59 But in Dilasag,

01:02 the drivers were given bad weather permission.

01:04 The river overflowed and flooded the road.

01:08 Some drivers were forced to push their vehicles

01:12 so that they wouldn't get wet.

01:14 But some also gave up on the journey.

01:17 While the storm was getting stronger in Northern Samar,

01:22 the river overflowed in the town of San Isidro.

01:26 In the midst of the storm,

01:27 14 houses were swept away by the strong winds

01:29 in a barangay in Labisares.

01:31 Four of them were destroyed.

01:34 Even the covered court of the barangay was damaged.

01:36 A woman was injured in the incident.

01:39 14 families or 53 residents were affected

01:43 and their families are still suffering.

01:45 According to NDRRMC,

01:47 four people from Bicol Region were injured

01:49 in the aftermath of the storm.

01:51 Four people were injured in the Legazpi,

01:54 30-year-old male,

01:55 three children, 12, 11, and 5.

01:58 More than 2,000 individuals were affected

02:01 in Bicol and Eastern Visayas Regions.

02:04 More than 500 people were in evacuation centers.

02:07 In an interview, President Marcos said

02:10 that he has already ordered local governments,

02:12 emergency services, and other agencies

02:14 to continue monitoring the situation

02:16 and to share assistance.
