00:02 how far will the discussion on the Charter Change or CHACHA reach?

00:06 Senate President Cheese Escudero is arguing that the vote of the Senate and the House of Representatives should not be combined.

00:16 It's just a matter of time before the Senate and House of Representatives will discuss the People's Initiative for the Charter Change.

00:22 But according to the new Senate President Cheese Escudero,

00:25 House Speaker Martin Romualdez will discuss the relationship of the Congress with the Senate's first leader.

00:32 There is no alternative to the harsh words.

00:34 Establishing rules and protocols and auto-coordinate with respect to what they are pushing for.

00:44 The Senate's first leader said that they are hoping to have CHACHA in the Senate under Escudero's leadership.

00:50 But Escudero is known for his CHACHA.

00:53 I have no plan to change my position.

00:55 I will not allow any power to be taken away.

00:59 Any prerogative that the Senate has now.

01:03 For now, there is no alternative to the resigned chairman of the Subcommittee on Constitutional Amendments, Senator Sonny Angara.

01:09 For Escudero, the Mother Committee can hold this.

01:13 And it's up to Senator Robin Padilla to decide if he will hear about this.

01:18 Annie Escudero, they argued back then why the Senate is still continuing to hear.

01:23 Now, the Senate is on the verge of reaching a vote.

01:26 We are focused. We are raising our voices.

01:30 Why are we still hearing?

01:34 The fear and anxiety of many is if it is a vote here and even if it is lost.

01:41 If you add the vote here and the vote of the camera, you added too much to the three-fourths.

01:49 Who will stop you from going to the Supreme Court to say, "Hey, the three-fourths are complete."

01:57 When asked what will change Escudero's mind about CHACHA,

02:01 the current powers and prerogatives of the Senate should not be affected.

02:08 The Senate should be clear and have a guarantee that it will not be a joint voting.

02:15 For now, it is not clear on the resolution of both houses number 7 of the camera

02:19 if the camera and the Senate will vote separately or together.
