00:00 President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. has ordered the national government to work closely with local government units or LGUs to gear up for the La Niña phenomenon.
00:09 This to alleviate the effects of severe flooding which are being experienced every year.
00:14 As part of the government's La Niña mitigation efforts, the chief executive said the Department of Public Works and Highways or DPWH is coordinating with the Asian Development Bank or ADB and other government agencies to realize the flood risk management project Saala River Bay.
