00:00 Metropolitan Water Works and Sewerage System, or MWSS, is investigating the complaint of yellow and smelly water in Rizal.
00:08 For a week, some customers of Manila Water in Angono, Binangonan and Cartona were suffering from a severe fever and had a wound on their throat.
00:17 Some residents were asked to bathe in water.
00:20 They are also spending more because they are buying purified water for drinking, washing and cooking.
00:26 So they decided to refund. MWSS said that it still depends on the results of their investigation.
00:34 Manila Water explained that there are more yellow in Laguna Lake which is affected by the quality of the water supply they are getting.
00:42 They are fixing it. They are also hoping that the water quality will return to normal today.
