"Miles to Fly" is a CGI animated short film produced by Stream Star Studio and featured on CGMeetup. Directed by Stephanie Kua Soo Kuan and created by four students from Multimedia University in Malaysia, the film follows the heartfelt journey of a young boy named Miles. Miles dreams of becoming a pilot, a dream he inherited from his late father. However, he faces a dilemma: pursue his lofty ambitions or stay back to help his mother keep their struggling bakery afloat.
Set against this emotional backdrop, "Miles to Fly" is a story about balancing personal dreams with familial responsibilities. It beautifully portrays the boy's internal struggle and ultimate realization of the importance of following one’s heart while supporting loved ones.
