機Boy小子之真假威龍 Gameboy Kids 1992

Gameboy Kids is a 1992 Hong Kong action comedy film written and directed by Gordon Chan Kar-seung (陳嘉上) and starring Andy Lau Tak-wah (劉德華) in dual roles as an idiot savant and triad leader respectively. The plot revolves around the former being mistaken for the latter. The film was produced by Lau's own film company, Teamwork Motion Pictures. Andy plays a split role here - a very smart and intelligent young lad and another, a young buck with an 8-years-old like mental age.

When a powerful crime boss (袁和平 Yuen Woo-ping) dies, he commands his followers to appoint Wong Kau-tai (Andy) as his successor, giving them a photograph of him and his expected location. Unknown to the followers, Wong is in fact, how shall we say, vertically-challenged, and before they meet him, he is arrested at the meeting point (not for being vertically- challenged, I might add). Also here, though, is Wong's doppelganger (also Andy) and he is quickly dragged away to serve as the boss of the gang. The only problem here is that this version of Wong is innocent and child-like and probably not the best fit for the triads. Yet his guileless persona begins to charm those around him, including the gorgeous assassin Chi-lam (關之琳 Rosamund Kwan Chi-lam) who has been sent to kill him.
