5 Things as a Muslim You Should Forgive

1. Forgive your parents for not loving you how you needed but the only way they knew how.

Lord, have mercy on my parents, they raised me when I was little' (17:24)

2. Forgive yourself for everything you did that was 'bad', because Allah already forgave you.

"Allah forgives all" (39:53) The past is past. Keep moving and do better

3. Forgive others for hurting you, because they were weak.

'Humankind was created weak' (4:28). Only hurt people hurt others.

4. Forgive "sins" that you witness around you. You don't know what peoples journeys are. So don't judge.

"True judgement belongs to Allah' (6:57)

5. Forgive yourself for not always being the best Version of yourself.

You're only human (18:110) Forgive yourself to heal yourself.
