00:02 - First time the lunchbox was actually
00:06 screened for an audience.
00:08 It was insane.
00:10 We had a 10 odd minute long, you know, standing ovation.
00:15 And I didn't understand what was going on.
00:18 I recall Irfan sir and Ritesh Batra and me
00:23 and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, all of us were just standing
00:26 and taking it all in.
00:28 And it really did feel like the beginning
00:31 of something pretty huge, you know, it did.
00:34 That is the one standout memory for me.
00:38 Just that post screening when the lights go out
00:43 and then the lights come back on,
00:45 that I'll always remember, those 10 minutes.
00:49 (upbeat music)
00:52 I think, you know, we are the largest entertainment industry
00:58 in the world.
00:58 It's about time and it's wonderful.
01:02 You know, the kind of work that's coming out,
01:03 there is all kinds of boundaries are being pushed.
01:06 There's such incredible content today.
01:08 So anybody would be proud.
01:11 I feel so proud and happy and a Cannes Film Festival
01:15 or any film festival before anything is about movies,
01:19 about entertainment, about the business of entertainment.
01:23 So it's wonderful to see, you know, our work being out there
01:28 and I'm really rooting for all the movies
01:32 that are out there.
01:33 (upbeat music)
01:35 you
