00:10The Gabriela group protested against the increased electricity bill this month of May.
00:16The protest was held in front of the office of Meralco in Camuning, Quezon City.
00:20According to Gabriela, our countrymen have to pay an additional 46 centavos per kilowatt hour that Meralco increased.
00:27Meralco said that they paid a high price for electricity because of a supply problem.
00:32The NGCP also said that an additional 10 centavos per kilowatt hour could be added to the transmission charge for the next month.
