Does London need more skyscrapers?

Almost 600 new skyscrapers are planned to be built across London according to@NewLondonArchitecture.
Some Londoners are unhappy about the new buildings cluttering up the skyline. And with more and more people working from many of the current office buildings are vacant so do we really need even more?
